As part of a website redesign project, I collaborated with the Communications, Marketing, and IT teams. The project involved migrating content from Joomla to WordPress. My responsibilities included identifying user profiles, defining site map and menu structures, proposing features and plugins, selecting a base template for customization by a design agency, and ensuring the consistent application of branding according to guidelines. The result was a successful website redesign that met technical requirements and maintained brand identity
